Office of Scholarships and Student Aid Appointments

If you would like to meet with an assistant director to discuss your questions, please use this appointment scheduler to do so. We currently offer three types of appointments: telephone, in-person and virtual (video call). If you can't find a time that works for you, you can always call (919-962-8396) or email our office with questions and an assistant director would be happy to assist that way as well!

To better serve you during your appointment, make sure you have your PID number and have created a PIN number prior to the appointment. If you are not the student, you will need to have the student grant you Proxy access by assigning a PIN number in order to discuss the specifics of your student's account.

*Please Note: Appointments are limited to 30 minutes. We will do our best to answer all of your questions during the allotted time together. Additionally, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to make best use of time. We have the right to cancel and ask to reschedule any appointment that is over 10 minutes late.
