Covenant Well-Being provides a safe space for you to talk about what is on your mind and consider ways for moving toward your best self. Although we are not limited on discussion topics, the intersection of financial wellness and mental health tend to be the starting point for many Scholars. You can schedule check-ins or on-going appointments. We can meet in-person or virtually. Sometimes, additional campus resources or collaboration with other professionals will be utilized for enhanced insight.
