Office of Scholarships and Student Aid New Student Appointments

If you would like to meet to discuss your questions, please use this appointment scheduler to do so. We currently offer two types of appointments: telephone and virtual (video call). If you can't find a time that works for an appointment, you can always call (919-962-8396) or email our office with questions and an assistant director would be happy to assist that way as well!

To better serve you during your appointment, if you have been formally admitted to UNC, make sure you have your PID number and have created a PIN number prior to the appointment. If you are not the student, you will need to have the student grant you Proxy access by assigning a PIN number in order to discuss the specifics of your student's account.

*Please note: These appointments are reserved for new/prospective undergraduate students or recently admitted undergraduate students to UNC. Please use our general appointment scheduler if you are a returning student.

Appointments are limited to 30 minutes. We will do our best to answer all of your questions during the allotted time together. Additionally, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to make best use of time. We have the right to cancel and ask to reschedule any appointment that is over 10 minutes late.
